you not remember smoking each cigarette?
Smoking forms part of
your subconscious habits and gets in under the radar - So you’ll only
notice how many you’ve smoked once the packet has run out!
So if you don’t notice that you smoke, how
can you easily stop yourself from doing it?
Will power won’t work 99.9% of the time.
Otherwise, by now, you would have done it by now on your own!

was happening in Paul’s subconscious mind…
Once he was relaxed into hypnosis, Paul
described his emotional attachment to cigarettes and he said he felt
‘angry’, ‘frustrated’ and ‘small’. (None of this may
make sense to you now - but it will in a few moments so
stay with me…)
I then instructed Paul to ‘go back’ to the
very first time he felt that. His mindwhizzed him back
like a mental time machine to his
teens. He saw himself in the park near his home in a gang, sitting on
swings and climbing frames. It was
his 13th birthday.
They were acting tough and having fun
being bad. They’d collected unfinished cigarette butts from ashtrays
everywhere and bring them to smoke with
his friends during breaks at school. He said he felt like a
‘rebel’.
Again, I asked him if it there was another
time that he felt ‘angry’, ‘frustrated’ and ‘small’. He said ‘yes’ again.
Obviously this scenario just wasn’t far
enough. We would have to go back even further…
His mind
knew exactly where to go. Let me take you there too…
Most of our behavior as adults is formed
by the time we are 7 years old. Child psychologists believe that over
50% of our decision making ability is done
by the time we are 4 years old.
You have to look at that age and below to find
the real reasons why someone acts a certain way as an adult. Once you discover what made people start
smoking and then it’s easy to make them stop!
So Paul had to regress back even
further again. This time, his memory took him back to being a very
small boy, dressed in school uniform.
He was frightened beyond his wits.
So I asked him once again if this was the
first time that he’d ever felt ‘angry’, ‘frustrated’ and ‘small’.
He said YES.
Finally, we’d reached
the source of the smoking and
the start of his meta-program. Now we could discover the reasons why
UNLESS HE STOPPEDhe could become a chain smoker for the next
60 years of his life.

You are
just about to learn the secret that instantly gave Paul the ability to quit
smoking immediately, once and for all.
Paul was sitting in a
classroom next to another little boy - who started picking on him!
He was being bullied.
He was upset. He was prepared to do anything desperately to fit
in with the rest of the kids! As he
described, this Paul truly became emotionally ‘angry’, ‘frustrated’ and
‘small’.

addiction is next and it will blow you
away…
The reason Paul became addicted to
cigarettes was that on the first day of the new school he made the life
changing decision to just do what everybody else is doing. He was too
young to say ‘no’ and too frightened to run away.
He made a subconscious decision to ‘fit
in’ with the rest of the kids and blend into their games seeking acceptance
and avoiding conflict.
So the link to cigarettes was established
straight under the radar into Paul’s subconscious mind before he even
knew what cigarettes were. He’d done the same thing ever since.
Here is the
key to the system I promised to reveal to you.
We simply let
him say ‘No’.
We gave him the ability to make the
choices he’d never had and he was so grateful for it.
We allowed him that new ability to be
used again for the rest of his life.
He simply decided
that he didn’t want to do it anymore!
Once he had this power, he simply told those kids ‘no’.
Paul’s subconscious
mind rebalanced everything automatically and put his initial sensitizing
event into a new perspective.
The
addiction vanished.
Completely,
utterly and 100%.
Paul never smoked again and 5 years later at the age of 42 is still a non
smoker to this day. He and his lovely wife still thank me for the way after
